Janet L. KerfootJanet L. Kerfoot (nee Tomlin), 80, of Elyria, died December 23, 2018 at St. John Medical Center, Westlake. She was born August 29, 1938 in Lorain and was formerly employed as a driver for The Chronicle Telegram, Brady’s Catering and Zone. She enjoyed her time living in Kentucky, gardening, baking, cooking, reading, crafting and spending time with family. The Christmas holidays were her favorite time of the year. Janet is survived by children, Karen (Weldon) Hawk of Oberlin, Linda (Randy) Banbury of Elyria, William Jordan, Jr. of Lorain, Edward (Linda) Jordan of Canton and Cherie Jordan of Elyria; thirteen grandchildren; twenty three great grandchildren; niece, Rachel Workman; step-children, Russell Kerfoot and Amy Rockwood and siblings, Patricia Louk and Frank Jaqubec. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Kerfoot in 2005; son, Harold Samuel Jordan in 1996 and parents, Edward Tomlin and June Jakubec. A memorial service will be Saturday January 19, 2019 at 1:00 PM followed by visitation until 4:00 PM at The Salvation Army, 716 Broad Street Elyria, OH 44035. Arrangements are in the care of Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service.
