Janet L. Lazich (nee Balice), 43, of Elyria, died September 1, 2021 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born October 7, 1977 in Elyria and was a 1995 graduate of Lorain County Joint Vocational School. Janet was employed as a billing coordinator for Legacy Health Services. Janet is survived by her husband of nineteen years, Michael A. Lazich; sons, Nathan M. and Andrew C. Lazich and her parents, Vincent and Joanne Balice all of Elyria.
