We also knew Jan and Jim for 70 years going back to our days together at Warwick Vets High School - or for Marcia and Jan, even further back to their both attending Gorton Junior High School in Warwick. We all had many great shared memories of our high school days. More recently, we would spend a few days each year visiting Jan and Jim at their Prudence Island home. They very much enjoyed letting us experience their relaxed, laid-back lifestyle on the Island. We will always remember Jan for her wonderful qualities (in addition to her being a terrific cook and gracious host): kind, generous, loving, caring and, of course, very bright. She will be missed.
