Johnny Eugene Harrison, 63, of Eaton Township, died March 25, 2014 in his home. Gene was born March 20, 1951 in Liberty, WV and resided most of his life in Eaton Township. He was employed in manufacturing for 25 years at Teledyne Republic Manufacturing in Brook Park, OH and most recently at Seaway Bolt in Columbia Station.His favorite place to be was working in his yard, growing plants, fruit trees and flowers were his passion. Gene is survived by his son Jason Harrison of Eaton Township; sister Sandy Brow (nee Staats) her husband Scott and their children Leah and Eric of Cincinnati; as well as several friends he considered family. He was preceded in death by his mother Octava Staats (nee Harrison) and stepfather, Mitchell Staats. Burial will be in Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township.
