Juanita M. Fasick (nee Reese), 86, of Wellington and formerly of Akron, died Saturday, December 17, 2011 at the home of her granddaughter Angela Phillips, with whom she made her home in Wellington.She was born July 2, 1925 in Grafton, WV. She was formerly employed as head waitress at Jack Horners Restaurant in Akron and then as manager of the restaurant at the Holiday Inn in Mogadore, from where she retired.She was a life member and past president of V.F.W. #8487 Auxiliary in Mogadore.Juanita is survived by a daughter Virginia Ginnie Bennett (husband Bill) of Wellington; son James Jay Fasick (wife Brenda) of Jacksonville, FL; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter.She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, James A. in 2002 and a grandson Matthew Fasick.Friends will be received Monday, December 19, 2011 from 4 to 5 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria, OH 44035.
