Judith A. Judy Fornash (nee Fortin), 71, of Grafton Township, died April 21, 2015 at her home.She was born August 12, 1943 in Elyria and attended Elyria High School. Judy was a member of LaGrange United Methodist Church, a former leader of Girl Scout Troop 398 and a volunteer for Lorain County Metro Parks. She enjoyed traveling and Word Search.Judy is survived by her husband of 38 years, Wolford Neil Butch Fornash; children, Wendy Scott of Buda, TX, Tod Simon of Elyria and Amber Fornash of North Royalton; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Marion Fortin and brothers, Bill and Jack Fortin.A celebration of life service will be announced at later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Center for Body, Mind & Spirit at Mercy Cancer Center, 41201 Schadden Road, Elyria, 44035.
