Judith Ann Crigger, 68, of Carlisle Township, died October 21, 2020. She was born June 21, 1952 in Elyria and was a 1970 graduate of Elyria High School and also a graduate of Kent State University. For 12 years, she had been employed at General Motors Fisher Body, Elyria, later earning her Master’s in Education from Ashland University. For most of her career, she was a teacher for Elyria City Schools at McKinley Elementary School. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Grafton. Judy enjoyed traveling, gardening, birdwatching, and cooking for family and friends. Judy is survived by her daughter, Tracy (Mark) Papp of Grafton; son, Greg (Stephanie) Crigger of CA; and grandchildren Gregory, Arianna and Josslyn Crigger and Mark Papp, Jr. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tunis Crigger in 1993; parents, George and Lillian (nee Gerhart) Campbell; and a brother, Allen Campbell. Friends will be received Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 4:00 pm until the time of a 6:00 pm prayer service at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. Reverend John P. Seabold will officiate.
