Judy Mae Blackburn (nee: Stacy), 66, of Inez, Kentucky, went home to be with the Lord, June 8, 2015 at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH.She was born January 29, 1949 in Three Forks, Martin Co., KY. Judy is survived by children, Amanda Buckles, Zachary Jude and Eric (Britta) Howell; niece, Michelle Reed; many grandchildren, including Jeslynn Jude, whom she raised; mother, Gladys Stacy (nee: Jude); brothers, Haskell (Joyce), Andy (Sharon), Jasper (Nona), Elmer (Donna) and Harrison (Barbara) Stacy; sisters, Linda (Butler) Jude, Diana Kay (Gordon) Fletcher, Brenda Dalton and Tammy (Joe) Fannin. She was preceded in death by her father, Carmel Stacy and a brother, Kenny Ray Stacy. Friends will be received Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Buck Ranch United Baptist Church, 3829 S. Wolf Creek, Pilgrim, KY 41250. A funeral service will be Sunday, June 14, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. in the church with Reverend Buddy Stacy and assisted by David Stacy. Burial will be in Maynard Cemetery, Wolf Creek, Martin Co., Kentucky. Arrangements are in the care of Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Elyria.
