Keith E. Simons, Sr., 53, of Plant City, Florida and formerly of Lorain County, died July 18, 2012 in South Florida Baptist Hospital, Plant City, FL after a sudden illness.He was born August 27, 1958 in Lorain and was a 1976 graduate of Southview High School.He enjoyed playing pool, country music, riding motorcycles, using the computer and spending time with family.Keith is survived by a son Keith E. Simons, Jr. (Hollie) of Lorain; daughters Jennifer S. Simons of Lorain and Alesha M. Simons of Xenia, Ohio; grandchildren Robert Lee, Mallory, Nicole, Justin and Jordan; mother Della S. Simons of Plant City, Florida; brother Lee W. Simons, Jr. (Elizabeth); sister Judy L. Krugman (David) both of Lorain and his companion Diane Grable of Plant City, Florida.He was preceded in death by a son Michael A. in 1989 and father Lee W. Simons in 2005.Friends will be received Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave. Elyria.
