Kelly A. MowrerKelly A. Mowrer (née Phillips), 56, of North Ridgeville, died December 23, 2018 in her home. Kelly was born March 7, 1962 in Berea, Ohio and was a credentialer at Reglais Health Services in Avon. Kelly is survived by her husband of thirty six years, Dennis R. Mowrer; daughters, Jessica (Joseph) Lombardo of Columbus, Jordan (Zack) Burns of Elyria and Jillian Mowrer of Columbus. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Judith Phillips. Friends will be received Wednesday January 2, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of a 6:00 p.m. service officiated by Frank Toth at Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria.
