Kristen Hurst Obituary
Kristen M. Hurst, 35, of Elyria, entered into eternal peace Monday, January 3, 2022 after a long illness. She was born November 19, 1986 in Clarksville, TN. She lived in Elyria most of her life where she graduated from Elyria High School. Kristen enjoyed spending time with her church, Beyond the Wall and loved to volunteer, especially at the local food bank. Kristen is survived by her fiancé, Matthew Greenhill; parents, Robert (Noreen) Hurst and Susan Kenawell; brother, Michael; sister, Jennifer (Chris) Jakub; nephews, Aydan, Landon and Leland and nieces, Addison and Juliet. Kristen has left a hole in all of us that will never be filled. Losing her smile and caring ways will be missed by many. A graveside service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Brookdale Cemetery, followed by a 4:00 pm memorial service at Beyond the Wall, 101 Woodford Ave., Elyria.
