Lewis E. Bud Richardson, 75, of Elyria went home to be with his Lord Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland.He was born June 6, 1936 in Sale Creek, TN and has been a resident of Elyria most of his life. He worked at the Chronicle Telegram as a pressman for 28 years, retiring in 1997. He attended Mount Olivet Christian & Missionary Alliance Church in Elyria and enjoyed fixing cars and spending time with his children.Bud is survived by his wife of 23 years, Patricia A. (nee Squires); daughters Michelle, Elizabeth and Barbara Richardson, all of Elyria and a granddaughter Cheyanna Richardson; sisters Rita (George) Humelsine of Elyria, Oneita Lorraine Davis of Smyrna, TN, Elizabeth Ann Beltz of Surprise, AZ and Wanda Lawson of Batavia, OH.He was preceded in death by an infant brother and parents Lewis P. and Gladys V. (nee Burton) Richardson.Friends will be received Sunday, December 4, 2011 from 3 p.m. until the time of a 5 p.m. memorial service at Mount Olivet Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, 626 Lorain Blvd., Elyria.
