Lois J. Mansfield, 74, of Carlisle Township, died November 19, 2016.She was born September 13, 1942 in Harrisburg, PA. Lois retired in 2004 after 36 years as a Deputy Clerk at the Elyria Municipal Court, including 12 years as Chief Deputy Clerk to Richard P. Seward, Clerk of Court. Lois enjoyed the outdoors and was a former 4-H advisor. Other interests included sewing, crocheting and reading. Lois is survived by her son David E. Mansfield, III of Carlisle Township; grandson, Travis Stephen Mansfield of Elyria; brother, Richard Tinta of West Mifflin, PA; many nieces and nephews and friend, Anna Wilson of Wellington.She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, David E. Mansfield, Jr. in 2003; a daughter, Jennifer J. Mansfield in 2008 and her parents Stephen and Emily Tinta.Friends will be received Tuesday, November 22, 2016 form 4 to 7 pm. at Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria.
