Margaret C. Peggy Lees (nee Sabo), 100, of Elyria, died Monday, September 19, 2011 in her home. She was born December 22, 1910 in Morris, IL and has been a resident of Elyria most of her life.She was employed for many years as a waitress at the Greystone Hotel and then at Americana Inn, both in Elyria. Peggy is survived by her stepdaughter and caregiver Carolyn R. Glaser of Elyria; grandchildren James Baumert of Elyria, Robert Baumert of Los Angeles, CA and Leslie (Gene) Rebman of Grafton; five great grandchildren; four nieces and one nephew.She was preceded in death by husbands Harold Court in 1954 and Herbert Lees in 1986; sisters Irene Copfer, Louise Roskelly and Helen Trabar and brothers Ernie, Bill and Edward Sabo. Friends will be received Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of an 11:00 a.m. funeral service at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave. Elyria with Reverend Jonathan McCleery officiating.
