Margaret L. CarpenterMargaret L. Carpenter, 87, of Lorain, went to be with our Lord, September 24, 2017. She was born April 20, 1930 in Toronto, OH. Margaret was a member of Lake Shore United Methodist Church, Avon Lake and had been a Sunday School Teacher for fifty five years. She enjoyed camping, playing dominos, reading and sending cards to family and friends.Margaret is survived by daughters, Becky Nichols of Lorain and Cindy Buga of Vermilion; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; daughter, Debra Narewski; grandsons, Shane and Matthew Narewski and Pacer Byers; parents, Delbert and Amelia Larkins; brothers, Thomas and Lewis Larkins and sisters, Helen Larkins and Rose Marie Crago.A memorial service will be Thursday 12:00 PM September 28, 2017 at Lake Shore United Methodist Church, 33119 Electric Blvd, Avon Lake, OH. Arrangements were in the care of Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elyria.
