Dear Brandt family, David, and all extended family members, My memories of Marianne are vivid and close to my heart. Friends from high school days are always the best. We kept up over the phone until about 16/17 years ago...and then short visit in Elyria 8 years ago. My memories are of a very pretty girl/Lady who was charming to be around. I am so sad to read this news. My family lived down the street from the Brandts, and Marianne and I were classmates at St. Mary's and ECHS. I am thinking of her at a slumber party long ago...one of the prettiest girls in our class...perfect skin and hair that always seemed to be in place! We all ate pizza, talked about Pat Boone, practiced our dancing, and shared 45 records. A lovely girl. I send my deepest sympathy and prayers to all her dear family.

Dear Brandt Family, I am so sorry about Marianne's passing. Julie VandeVoort and I visited her at our 40th High School reunion, and I am so glad. She was a very special friend during high school and as she was driving a year ahead of the rest of us, we spent many fun times in her little green Plymouth Valiant! God Bless you. Love, Sally
