Mary Louise Ellison (nee Puskas), 90, of Elyria, died September 27, 2021 at Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky. She was born June 20, 1931 in Lorain. Mary and her husband, William, were retired RVers and spent most of their retirement in Alabama. She enjoyed cooking, crafting and was very creative. Mary was a life time care giver of her family. Mary is survived by children, Carol Pitzer, Mary Sue Ellison and George (Melinda) Ellison all of Elyria; grandchildren, Gary, Sarah, Louise, Amanda, Becky, Angela, Missy, Todd, David, Alan and Jimmy; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Delores Yonkings and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, William in 2001; a son, Gary Ellison; daughters, Judy Rains and Madeline Ellison; parents, George and Elizabeth (nee Stumphauzer) Puskas; brothers, Bill and George Puskas and sisters, Margaret Bowers and Viola Vanche. A graveside service will be Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 10:00 am at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon. A luncheon will follow at 12:30 pm at the home of her daughter.
