Mary Richardson Lund (nee Lubitsky), 93, of Elyria, died September 1, 2020. She was born August 19, 1927 in Hazelton, PA and was an Elyria resident most of her life. Mary was formerly employed by Jack Coates, DC and also enjoyed working at several local restaurants. She had been a member of St. Mary Church, Elyria. Her interests included bowling and country music. Mary is survived by daughters, Carol Richardson of Vermilion, Theresa Sexton of Elyria, Nancy Richardson of Elyria and Christine Gentry of Vermilion; sons, David Richardson and Neil Lund, both of Elyria; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack D. Richardson in 1967; son, Lawrence Richardson in 2011; parents, Phillip and Rose Lubitsky; a grandson; and a great grandson. Friends will be received Friday, September 4, 2020 from 8:45 am to 9:45 am at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. A 10:00 am funeral mass will follow at St. Mary Church, 320 Middle Avenue, Elyria with Reverend Charles T. Diedrick officiating.
