Norma Myers, 90, of Elyria, went home to be with her Lord and Savior January 15, 2021. She was born November 13, 1930 in Pikeville, KY. Norma had formerly been employed by several local companies and attended Abbe Road Baptist Church, Elyria. She enjoyed gambling trips with friends and family and playing bingo. Norma is survived by sons, Kenneth (Nancy) Myers of Woodville, Ohio and Tim (Karen) Myers of Elyria; grandchildren, Amy and Lindsey Myers, Timothy James Becker and Kenneth and Jackie Myers; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Kenneth M. Myers in 2012; parents, Aaron and Elsie Daugherty; sisters, Mable Aldridge, Oretha Fraiser, Pearl Tenney, Jean DeHart, Janice Ensminger and Dairl Stealey and brothers, Boone, Bill and Roger Daughtery and Oscar Aldridge. Friends will be received Wednesday, January 20, 2021 from 11:00 am until the time of a 1:00 pm service at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. Reverend Cal Searles, Pastor of Abbe Road Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Brookdale Cemetery, Elyria. Covid-19 precautions will be observed, face masks are required. Memorial contributions may be made to Abbe Road Baptist Church, 670 Abbe Road North, Elyria, Ohio 44035.
