Pamela J. Clagg (nee: Gard), 62, of Elyria died June 5, 2014 at Wesleyan Village. She was born September 21, 1951 in Elyria and was a 1969 graduate of Elyria High School. Pam was formerly employed at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center and then in security for Invacare Corp. She was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Elyria; Elyria AmVets #32 Ladies Auxiliary; the Ladies Auxiliary Color Guard and Elyria VFW # 1079 Ladies Auxiliary.She was also a member of Elyria Womens Bowling Association for thirty years, served on the board of directors and was elected into the Hall of Fame for Superiority Award. Other interest included; playing cards, bingo, crafts and outdoor sports.Pam is survived by brothers, Tom Gard and Matt (Mary) Gard both of Elyria and nephews, David and Devin Gard of North Ridgeville. She was preceded in death by her husband Clayton L. Clagg in 2003; parents, Harry D. and Elma E. Gard and a brother, David W. Gard, all in 2006.Friends will be received Monday, June 9, 2014 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria. A graveside service will be Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst, Township. Reverend Albert Veigas, pastor of St. Agnes Catholic Church will officiate.
