Paul C. Busick, 36, of South Amherst died June 26, 2015 after a long illness.He was born January 12, 1979 in Oberlin, Ohio. He graduated from Marion L. Steele High School, Amherst and the Industrial Electricity class at Lorain County Joint Vocational School in 1998.Paul was also a 2000 graduate of Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics and later, graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed RC cars and working on his truck.Paul was the beloved husband to his wife and high school sweetheart, Genevieve K. (nee Babin); loving and devoted father to Elliana and Paul Hunter Busick; son of Colleen and Paul Arthur Busick and sister to Rhea (Jason DeBlaere) Busick.Friends will be received Friday, July 3, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria. Friends will also be received Saturday, July 4, 2015 from noon until the time of a 1:00 p.m. service in the funeral home with Reverend Robert Gross officiating. A luncheon will follow at Lake Avenue United Church of Christ, 310 Lowell Street, Elyria. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family, 529 West Main Street, So.
