Phyllis M. Campbell (nee Dague), 86, of Elyria, died September 1, 2013.She was born February 12, 1927 in Columbus, Ohio and was a graduate of Mifflin High School in Columbus. She has been a resident of Elyria since 1947 and for several summers worked for the U.S. Forest Service in Missoula, Montana.Phyllis was a member of St. Andrews Episcopal Church and a dedicated wife and mother. Phyllis is survived by sons Nelson D.; Campbell of Blanchard, Idaho and Neal P. Campbell of Houston, Texas; eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul R. Campbell in 2003; daughter Heather A. Reich in 2005; brother Irving Dague and parents Nelson and Ruth Dague.A memorial service will be Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 300 Third Street, Elyria, Ohio with Reverend Brian K. Wilbert officiating. Burial will be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Diabetes Association, 3601 S.
