Robert F. Bellomo (Bob), age 76, departed this life with dignity and grace on April 10, 2017. Beloved husband of JoAnne (Vestfall). Cherished father of Michelle Gorman (Ron), Patty Mod (Mick), and Bonnie Barron. Devoted poppy of Alexis Mod, Anthony Mod, Rylee Gorman, and Hannah Gorman (deceased). Bob will also be greatly missed by his beloved fur baby, Bella, who brought him great joy. Preceded in death by his father Sam and mother Mary (Tabone), and siblings Sam, Joseph, and Connie Pekar. Survived by brother James (Diane). Loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Bob retired from Ford Motor Company, Walton Hills Stamping Plant, in 1997. Honorably discharged from the 107th Cavalry in Painesville, OH, 1969. Bob was a friend to everyone he met, and his heart was as big as his personality and smile. He lived each day to its fullest, touching the lives of those he met with a smile, a gentle, giving heart, and a genuine desire to help in any way he possibly could. Bob loved unconditionally, and one could not help but love him in return.
