Roger Lehman Obituary
Roger C. Lehman, 69, of Elyria, passed away peacefully March 8, 2020 after a brief illness. He was born September 30, 1950 in Amherst and was a 1968 graduate of Elyria High School. Roger spent the past 50 years employed by the City of Elyria in various capacities, most recently in the public utilities department as backflow supervisor. He was also the original owner of Chubby’s Pub Sports Lounge in downtown Elyria. He was a member of Elyria American Legion Post #12, where he enjoyed the fellowship. He was always available to help his neighbors with yard work and plowing snow and loved playing with his miniature schnauzer, Mugzy. Roger is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Kimberly (nee Hatfield); his daughter, Lisa Lehman; and granddaughter, Alexandrea. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Lehman. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
