Rosaleen Roe Croxton, 85, of Elyria, died Friday, May 25, 2012 at MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland.She was born February 21, 1927 in Bellaire, Ohio and has resided in Elyria since 1959.Roe was formerly employed as a cashier at Kroger grocery store and then in Elyria City Schools cafeteria.Rosaleen is survived by daughters Sharon (Doug) Allen and Colleen (Don) McIntosh and a son David Croxton, all of Elyria; grandchildren: Shane Croxton, Shannon Koltas, Jon Allen, Jennifer ODonnell and David McIntosh; nine great grandchildren. sisters Mildred Owens of Shadyside, OH, Elizabeth Bennington and Evelyn Hyett, both of Bellaire and Ellen Batzdorfer of Chelsea, MIShe was preceded in death by her husband Wallace B. Croxton in 1998; son Darryl Croxton in 1982; parents Joseph and Louise Jeffers; .sisters Garnet and Edna and brothers Floyd and Charles.Friends will be received Friday, June 1, 2012 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of an 11:00 a.m. service at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave. Elyria. Reverend Charles T. Diedrick, pastor of St. Mary Church will officiate with burial in St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria.
