Shirley F. Barth, 80 of LaGrange, died February 1, 2016 at University Hospitals EMH Regional Medical Center. She was born April 19, 1935 in New Tazewell, Tennessee and was a 1953 graduate of Elyria High School. Shirley was formerly employed at American Greeting Card in Brook Park, Ohio. She attended Faith Christian Church of Spencer and was a member of Penfield Quilt Club. She was artistic and enjoyed crafts, writing poetry and making cakes and candy for family and friends. Shirley is survived by a son, Brian D. (Annie L.) Barth of Wellington; grandchildren, Nichole Massey, Stephanie Norris, Paige Barth, Heather Holmes, Melissa Crist, Brandy Colbert and Jodi Denes; great grandchildren, Grace, Morgan, Anderson and Drake; brother, Gerald A. (Cynthia A.) Pitts of Eastlake and sister, Sandra G. Pitts of Elyria. Arrangements were in the care of Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria.
