Stanley Rehm III Obituary
Stanley J. Rehm III, 46, of Wellington, died unexpectedly January 4, 2022. He was born December 31, 1975, in Amherst, Ohio and was a 1994 graduate of JVS through Firelands High School. He was a long-time resident of South Amherst before finally making a home in Wellington in 2018 with his wife, Heather. Stan was employed at Micron Manufacturing in LaGrange for 20 years as a maintenance and Acme supervisor. He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, working on and riding his motorcycle. He was also an avid collector of horror and monster memorabilia. Stan is survived by his wife and best friend, Heather (nee Thompson), daughter, Connie Rehm, son, Joseph Rehm, stepdaughters, Megan Bailosky and Alyssa Bailosky, stepson, James Vandeweerd, Jr, grandchildren, James and Lillian, as well as his parents, Stanley and Janet Rehm, and cousins, Brad Rehm, Jr, Brian Rehm and Jessica Neal. Stan was preceded in death by his sister, Michelle Opaliski, his uncle, Brad Rehm, Sr and father-in-law, John Thompson, Jr. Family and friends will be received Monday, January 10, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 323 Middle Avenue, Elyria. A funeral service will be Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 11:00 am with William Carroll giving the eulogy. Burial will be in River Road Cemetery on Indian Hollow Road, Lagrange Township.
