To Mark and the Evans Family we send to you our deepest sympathy and condolences.May the Lord keep his arms around this Family and give you all the strength that you need to get through these trying times.
When we think of Stephen, we knew he had a very generous heart. Whenever we (from Canada) visited the family in Elyria and Stephen was having a "cookout" for whatever occasion at the time, we were always invited to attend. This particular time Stephen had cooked a chicken and a turkey by immersing it in a large pot with hot oil. As much as the thought of fried food meant extra calories, it was nothing of the sort. This meal really tasted the best and everyone enjoyed it. Your family will miss you dearly. Rest in peace Stephen.
