Robert “Steve” S. Tipton, 38, of Elyria, passed away October 6, 2021. He was born November 6, 1982 in Cleveland and grew up on the north side of Elyria. He loved cars, music and his 2 beautiful daughters. Steve is survived by his parents, Robert and Peggy (nee Williams) Tipton; sister, Linda (Christopher) Tipton Peck; daughters, Isabella Teter and Julissa Smith. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert JC and Maime Tipton and Claude and Betty-Jo Williams.
