Susan Fox Obituary
Susan was born on September 28, 1953 in Chicago, Cook County, IL to Jerome J. Levitt and Daisy Lou Levitt (nee Saddler). Susan was well travelled in her life. From age 5 until the age of 18 she lived in Phoenix, AZ. Upon graduation from Arcadia High School in Phoenix, Susan attended Northern Arizona University located in Flagstaff, AZ. After enlisting in the United States Air Force, and subsequently graduating from bootcamp at Lackland AFB in Texas, Susan was assigned as a Pharmacy Technician at Andrews AFB located in Suitland, MD, a suburb if Washington DC. In January of 1983, Susan was honorably discharged from the USAF and subsequently lived in Manassas, VA, Kennewick, WA, Sumner, WA, Dale City, VA, Fredericktown, OH, and Avon, OH. Susan was a strong Christian woman who enjoyed her family and friends many of whom were lifelong friends. She loved playing her guitar and was a gifted song writer. In fact, in 1979, Susan won the best in show award for the performance of an original song in the USAF sponsored Tops in Blue. Susan is survived by her husband of over 40 years, Rudolph J. Fox, Jr, her son, Keenan, sisters Lori Levitt of Santa Monica, CA, and sister Sally Snethlage (Johannes). Susan was preceded in death by her father, Jerome J. Levitt, mother Daisy Lou Levitt, son, Jason Bradley Fox, and brother Randy Levitt. Memorial gatherings will be announced at a future date.
