Virginia M. Schwartz, 92, Formerly of Elyria, died September 12, 2013 at University Hospitals of Cleveland.She was born July 8, 1921 in Utica, NY and had been a resident of the Cleveland area and Elyria most of her life. Virginia was office manager for National Box and Can Corp. in Cuyahoga Heights from 1968 to 1983 and for Atlas Technical Finishes Inc. in Cleveland from 1983 to 1993, from where she retired. She was a former member of Avon Lake Womens Chorus. Virginia is survived by daughters Lisa M. Rainsong of Cleveland Heights; Jan E. Bruner of East Cleveland and Terry A. Broberg-Swangin of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren Nielsen Clay and Mary Swangin and a great grandson Jaxsen Clay.She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur J. Schwartz in 1974; parents Harry and Marion Bridgeford and a sister Evelyn Reeves.Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Elyria handled arrangements.
