Walter W. Brink, 74, of Elyria, died January 20, 2014 at New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph in Lorain.He was born February 18, 1939 in Coalport, Pennsylvania. Walter had been a longtime resident of Texas, where he was employed for 37 years as a truck driver for North American Van Lines. After moving to Elyria, he worked at Ridge Tool Company and Elyria Plastic Products. He was a member of Elyria Eagles Club and enjoyed hunting and fishing.Walter is survived by a son Robert Brink of Valdosta, Georgia; daughter Lori Zold of Portland, Oregon; five grandchildren and a sister Perney Tompkins of Elyria.He was preceded in death by wives Shirley and Joy; sisters Josephine Skaggs, Martha and Bertha Brink; brothers Robert and Clair Brink and parents Walter and Alice Brink.Arrangements were handled by Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Elyria.
