William R. Bill Crouser, 68, of Elyria, passed away September 29, 2015 at his home.He was born December 7, 1946 in Clarksville, PA and for 35 years, Bill owned and operated Crouser Drywall Co. He served as a U.S. Army veteran from 1967 to 1969 and was a Spec.4 in the 63rd Engineer Corps., Ft. Hood, TX. He was a member of Midway Baptist Church in Elyria and an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.Bill is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda (nee LeMasters); daughters Misti Marshall of Lorain and Billie Jo Crouser of Elyria; grandchildren Angela and Autumn Muniz, Amber (Casey) Slone, Isaiah and Shai Savage; great grandsons DeAndre Epps, Jr. and Devin Slone, all of Elyria; sisters Wanita (Carlton) Walsh of Florida, Mary Eddy of Pennsylvania and Nellie McKahan of Virginia.He was preceded in death by parents Fred and Agnes (nee Chedister) Crouser; brothers Chuck and John Crouser and sisters Ida Pecjak and Mildred Crouser.Friends will be received Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 2-4 and 5-7 p.m. at Dicken Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria. A service will be Friday, October 2, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Reverend Charles Keesee, pastor of Midway Baptist Church officiating.
