Wilma Jean (Tradup) Taub, 89, of Strongsville and formerly of Uniontown, PA, died Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Rae-Ann Skilled Nursing Facility in Westlake.She was born May 28, 1924 in Uniontown, PA and graduated as Valedictorian of her class from North Union High School in 1941. Throughout her life, she had also lived in Willoughby and Elyria. Wilma worked as an accountant for several businesses in Uniontown, PA; Morgantown, WV; Miami, FL and Willoughby and Cleveland, OH, retiring in 1986. She enjoyed playing the organ, crocheting and recreational walking.Wilma is survived by a son Kevin D. (Laurie) Taub of Elyria; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and a sister Mary Lou Dragan of Strongsville.She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mary Martha (Costolo) Tradup and a brother Charles W. Bill Tradup, Jr.A funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 19, 2013 at Dicken Funeral Home, 323 Middle Ave., Elyria. Inurnment will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Township.
