Carol you were the living embodiment of a life well lived and you were well loved! You always had a smile and a hug, even for me when Shelly and I were incorrigible teenagers. I remember that time you drove us to St. Petersburg for spring break, it was probably the spring of 1986. I stayed up with you driving the whole night. You were so full of stories, so full of life. You treated me like your own child and for that I will be forever grateful. You were there for us without judging. You let us spread our wings but stayed to be the safety net just in case. You have impacted so many people in such positive ways, and you were always such a fantastic role model. I count myself lucky to have known you and to spend time with you over the years.
