Ann&I want to express our thanks for the hour spent last year talking to Uncle Ells and Doris. It was a comforting time after Uncle John's funeral. We are sorry we could not make the trip to see everyone, but things are happening in our family and with my own dad. Our prayers are with Aunt Doris and her extended family. God Bless.
To the family, we are sorry to hear of Uncle Els going home to be with the Lord. we will pray for Uncle Doris and the rest of the family. i alsways enjoyed talking with Uncle Els when i would visit the Hales Store as a kid. I once swam across Pickerel Lake where Larry Hales had a cottage when i was about 12. Uncle Els was impressed by that and he would always remind me about that swim when we talked even as adults. i am thankfull that he served in WWII and that he lived a long and fruitful life.
