Words cannot say how sorry I am to hear about Bill. I know that he was thoroughly enjoying retirement. I hope that Ms. Laura can find peace with her new normal and all of his loves ones do as well. Bill was a really good man. He cared about nature, camping, and people and was a joy to partner with as a member of Friends of Findley State Park. You will be missed Bill, but your legacy will live on forever! My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this difficult time.
We met Bill and Laurie through my high school friend Mark and Jan Ford at a weekend event they had hosted in Ohio. We all hit it off quickly and became fast friends. We had a week long vacation with them here in NH a year later where we strengthened our friendship. We felt we had known Bill and Laurie for years. Our hearts are broken and we are praying for Laurie, their children and grandchildren, family and long time friends. Bill will always hold a special place in our memories. Love and Peace our friend.
